Job description: Commercial Credit - Manager Based in Dublin City Centre Role Manage a portfolio of commercial clients Minimise risk where possible to the portfolio - advise where meetings are required Constant review and keeping on top of the loan book for any movements with loans - early identification of arrears Restructuring of problem cases and implementing repayment strategies Assessment of new loans Liaise with external pearties - legal, valuations, planning Collections of loans in default Preparation of reports for Commercial Management Committee Criteria Must have 5-7+ years experience in banking with a number of years in Commercial Lending ideally Previously managed a large portfolio including big ticket Must have experience in restructuring of commercial loans Experience in managing staff Please call Aileen Kenny on 01 500 5988 or email aileen.kenny@careers-register.com for further information.
