Customer Service - Games Master (English
GOA, the video gaming department of one of the World's largest Communications companies, is recruiting for Games Masters / Customer Service Representatives to join their operations in Dublin City Centre as they launch new and fun games on their casual online gaming portal, GOA.com.
You will be working in a challenging environment. You will ensure the highest levels of Customer Support for online gamers while they enjoy the exciting and fun games that the GOA.com portal has to offer the casual gamer.
The Customer Service Team will act as a liaison between GOA.com gamers and GOA to resolve all issues that online gamers may encounter in game and with their accounts by providing fast and accurate responses.
Your support will be through e-mail, in game tools and other interfaces
Requirements:
· A Passion for video games and a knowledge of the most recent online and console releases is a must.
· At least 6 months customer service experience.
· At ease with PC and Windows environment.
· Fluency in English
· Proficiency in the use of Internet communication tools and basic computer software is required
