Job description: Italian Billing Services Representative GOA the online gaming division of the one of the worlds leading Communications Companies, is currently recruiting Italian Financial Billing Services Representatives with fluency in Italian and English. Your role will be to support gamers of Warhammer: Age of Reckoning. This game is set to be one of the biggest MMORPG releases. GOA will be locating their Headquarters in Dublin and will provide ongoing client services and support to subscribers of the game. The function of the Billing Support team will be to resolve invoicing and payment queries from gamers. You will be responsible for solving customers queries and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also participate in a cross-departmental project group (including customer service, editorial, technical and marketing teams) which will meet weekly to discuss and create solutions to the main issues encountered by game players.
