Quality Compliance Officer Antrim
In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced Quality Compliance Officer for a permanent role based in Co. Antrim
The Client:
Our client is a leading specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the healthcare and dermatology segments of the U.S. market. They are currently seeking highly experienced Quality Compliance officer.
Job Responsibilities
· Assist in updating the Quality System to the current requirements of GMP and 21CFR Part 11.
· Carry out regular product reviews and finished goods inspections.
· Ensure that all planned changes or deviations have been notified and documented in accordance with written procedures.
· Ensure all out-of-specification results and unplanned deviations are fully investigated and documented and any corrective or preventative actions identified are implemented.
· Ensure any additional sampling, inspection, tests and checks have been initiated and performed as appropriate to cover planned changes or deviations.
· Prepare and amend procedures and batch documentation to ensure compliance with the Quality System.
· Ensure all necessary quality records have been completed and endorsed appropriately by trained personnel.
· Carry out regular self-inspections/quality audits which appraise the effectiveness and applicability of the Quality System.
· Carry out review of finished product or stability testing analytical data.
· Assist in the preparation of validation protocols and reports for manufacturing and test equipment and processes
Job Requirements
- third level qualification preferably a Science degree
- Experience of working within a recognised quality system
- Experience of document control and report writing
- Pharmaceutical experience, particularly drug product manufacturing and/or analysis.
- Previous knowledge of cGMP
