FRENCH CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLINE COORDINATORS
GOA an Online Gaming Company who are supporting the Launch of the game Warhammer: Age Of Reckoning are seeking French Online Customer Service Coordinators.
Responsibilities of Role
You will be working in a challenging environment. You will ensure Customer Support for online games.
The Customer Service Team will act as a liaison between customers and GOA to resolve all issues that customers may encounter.
The Team will also answer to customer inquiries by providing fast and accurate answers.
The Customer Service Team must also assist and support other departments within the company
You will be required to provide excellent customer service and assistance for issues and inquiries on consumer products and customers game accounts. Support will be made through e-mail, in game tools or other relevant interfaces
Requirements:
An interest in video games and great knowledge of gaming
At ease with PC and Windows environment (drivers, updates, dxdiags...)
Good written and oral English skills
Proficiency in the use of Internet communication tools and basic computer software is required
Knowledge of video games in general
Excellent communication skills are essential
Fluency in French and English
