DUTIES:
As Sales Assistant you will be responsible for complete customer satisfaction. It will be your job to maintain and improve the exceptionally high standards of service our customers have come to expect from us. This will involve knowing our product ranges intimately, selling our services, attending all training sessions, building displays & driving campaigns & promotions and maintaining a clean well organised & properly merchandised store.
With our strict “recruit from within” policy for all Management Positions, from day one, your responsibilities will be varied and challenging. So you get up to speed with how the business works as quickly as possible.
We're looking for professionals who are passionate about customers and service, hard working and full of initiative and drive. There are a huge number of opportunities open to you due to our expansion.
THE HOURS:
Full time members of staff work 39 hours per week or 5 days over 7 days. 2 days off per week,
All staff members do a mixture of morning, day, evening and night shifts per week.
Opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Thursday 10.30am until 11.30pm,
Fridays and Saturdays 10.30am until 12.30am
Sunday 11am until 11.00pm.
THE CANDIDATE
Requirements:
DESIRABLE - Proven track record in sales, minimum of two years experience, retail or services.
DESIRABLE - Experience / Interest in Wines/Spirits/Beers is desirable but not essential.
ESSENTIAL - Flexibility, excellent communication skills, initiative.ESSENTIAL - excellent communication skills and a passion for Customer Services is essential.ESSENTIAL - Fluency in English
