A leading IT company in Cork is recruiting an Internal Recruiter for a 6 month contract.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Communicating effectively with colleagues and candidates with a view to building and sustaining long-term relationships.
Develop a thorough knowledge of the recruitment process while adhering to strict quality procedures in line with all current employment legislation.
Demonstrate knowledge of structured interview process and ability to choose and administer appropriate selection tools
Demonstrate Self awareness of personal and professional strengths and weaknesses with an openness to change.
Respond in an efficient manner with suitable applicants for open positions.
Proactively work with the hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
Ensure relevant authorisations are provided for all open positions
Source candidates
Obtain feedback throughout process for all applicable parties
Provide specific management information as needed
Skills Required:
Background in Sales or Recruitment discipline.
Applicable 3rd level qualification in business with a focus on sales management.
Superior written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
Effective Time Management skills.
Candidate should be hardworking, ambitious, talented team players willing to work hard without supervision and with an excellent track record in recruitment / sales environment to their credit.
