The successful candidate should possess:-
• Proven track record in either recruitment or Sales driven environment
• Genuine Interest in the Financial Services Industry
• Team Player with drive, ambition and a winning personality
• Degree Qualified or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and organise daily activity
Responsibilities:
• Retain existing customer business by ensuring Client satisfaction
• Attract the best candidates using imaginative sourcing techniques
• Achieve/Exceed Monthly/Quarterly Sales Targets
• Provide guidance to less experienced consultants
• Work to continually advance your personal Development
Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 O.T.E.
