Job description: The Training Specialist is responsible for the successful end-to-end training project management of specific training projects supporting the Commercial division. This includes the planning and scheduling of training activities, the development of blended learning for deployment in classroom or online sessions, delivery of training courses, conducting evaluation & closeout.Each project assigned to the Training Specialist needs to be executed to the standards of the Global Training Methodology, and delivered on-time, to the highest quality
