Company: Our client is a major US technology company with annual revenues in excess of $5bn. They manage their EMEA customer service and IT operations from Brussels where they employ over 400 staff. Increased growth has created a number of opportunities for Finnish customer service professionals to join their team.
Role: New positions now exist for bilingual French/Italian customer service professionals to join their team. As part of their EMEA customer service team you will be responsible for managing their new and existing customers in Italy and Frence. This role will involve heavy email contact and some phone support too. It is a varied role that will allow you to interact with customers supporting queries, sales support and ad hoc requests.
Skills: The ideal candidates will need to speak on a native level French and Italian with excellent english. In addition you will possess strong mathematical and logical skills and good customer service manner. This is a detailed and challenging customer service role that requires ability to interact with a variety of clients, team members and systems in order to deliver the service at the desired level.
