Job description:
At RICHMOND RECRUITMENT our client is looking to recruit a Business Systems Analyst based in Co Waterford.Main Accountabilities:Performs a liaison role between specified user areas to assist in the identification of process improvements, system design, testing and implementation of large and/or complex technical projects. Identifies alternative solutions to user problems, makes recommendations with cost benefit analysis. Analyzes and defines user requirements and translate them into system requirements to ensure understanding of the request by all project members. Participates in project planning process. Develops test and implementation plans and coordinates testing of system enhancements and projects with the user area. Assists in the development of technical training programs and conducts user training.Qualifactions:Requires BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. Requires one to two years of progressive insurance related experience with demonstrated technical expertise in one or more areas of insurance. Requires knowledge of business operations and systems. Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, ability to work with confidential documents. Demonstrated aptitude towards problem identification, resolution and comprehension and interpretation of technical procedures.
