Job description:
R&D Program Manager



Responsibilities:

• To prepare, in conjunction with Project Managers and other interested parties, project plans which are appropriate and in line with Company objectives
• To ensure that projects across all R&D departments are efficiently proposed, specified and implemented.
• To ensure that projects are delivered in line with agreed targets and objectives
• To facilitate efficient and effective use of resources, labour materials etc
• To facilitate discussions with other departments to ensure their sub projects are delivered on time.
• To ensure budgetary targets are managed.
• To facilitate preparation and distribution of summary reports on projects as defined
• To ensure appropriate development of the project delivery process at OLMEI.
• To manage preparation and development of technical information for distribution
• To facilitate regular project / information meetings, seminars etc
• To carry out mentoring / career management for designated staff members at OLMEI

Reporting:

• Global Project Manager, Clinical Chemistry Systems.
