HR Support Analyst-Compensation and Benefits

Key responsibilities: ·

  • Perform payroll and compensation responsibilities - SAGE System
  • Meet all Payroll processing deadlines.
  • Provide excellent customer service to Staff on queries and reports.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the system, workflows and functions of the Payroll Information Specialist position and HR policies and procedures within the organisation.
  • Thorough knowledge of payroll system functions and reporting.
  • Accurately process payroll in a timely manner for all employees in association with outsource payroll company.
  • Process new hires, status changes, promotions, bonuses, awards, awards, CC awards.
  • Co-ordinate and track invoice payments.
  • Generate reports and manage data in Excel to reflect HR / Finance month end reports.
  • Process Compensation changes, bonuses , Benefits - VHI , Pension.
  • Co-ordinate all financial reporting- expense tracking, VAT recovery, monthly salary and related reports.
  • Constantly upgrade knowledge\skills of policies, legal processes and resources.
  • Ensure internal and external customer service needs are met with a sense of urgency utilizing all available resources.
  • Consistently demonstrate “customer focus” approach to the job. Demonstrate sincere interest in providing information and solving problems.
  • Provide substantive, timely answers to employees' / Managers questions and/or guide them to the right resources for information in a professional manner.
  • Responsible for reception - receiving calls and external visitors.
  • Increase Organization Excellence: Provide management staff with systems information to help them to attracting and retaining outstanding performers.
  • Excellent Records Keeping and Documentation -- Keep all personnel files updated, ensure payroll procedures are correct, recorded and maintained.
  • Provide administrative/clerical support for recruiting initiative (as needed), Assist in Hiring of new employees, new hires orientation program, job fairs, open evenings and other HR and/or site functions.
  • Work with HR and Finance to track and document new hires, terminations, disability leaves, paid and unpaid leave, STD/LTD and related issues.
  • Has a functional awareness of and adheres to all SO policies relative to time away from work and scheduling, including: Flexitime, Availability, Holiday planning, etc.
  • Responsibly adheres to worktargets through appropriate use of break and lunch policies and appropriately using off production tracking tools for approved activities.
  • Adheres to flexible schedule; informs manager of schedule variances as measured by the Flexitime policy.
  • Demonstrates dependability with excellent attendance and punctually.
