Job description:  

Customer Experience Co-ordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate customer experience and quality monitoring to ensure customer and client engagement against client contractual requirements. Ensure accurate records are maintained that drive performance through development and continual improvement.

• Ensure monitoring of transactions is aligned to client contractual agreements.
• Align key measures to client expectations and external measures
• Ensure accurate records are maintained of all monitoring
• Identify areas of training/ development
• Leading, coaching and motivating participants
• Support clear communication and clarity around customer experience
• Identify and develop opportunities to improve client satisfaction and add value through interpretation of customer feedback.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good Organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Leading and motivating teams with an open and challenging style
• Knowledge of contact centre/operational environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Self starter, open minded
• Desire to drive change

Salary & Location: The salary on offer will be from €30,000 - €35,000. The company is located in Blanchardstown.
