Job description: At RICHMOND RECRUITMENT our client is looking to recruit a Data Analyst.
Job DescriptionDefine, analyse and communicate key metrics, which support our SMB strategy.Develop comprehensive performance analysis, business intelligence and data mining support for the SMB business. Sourcing of data from multiple systems and compilation into report format for weekly distribution. Working with and monitoring SB information through analysis including correlation of trading reseller statistics (registrations, trading patterns, purchasing cycles etc) Average Order Value trending.Develop appropriate KPIs to build business best practices .Manage the telesales dialler mechanics; preparing campaign data, upload and export from the system and integration to revenue reports .Support the quota tracking and reseller revenue buckets for telesales agents .Create mapping systems for data for key functional integration e.g. telesales teams vs orders placed, distributor sales out data trending vs activities performed .Uncover simpler ways of doing things .Present reports to SMB Director that elicit good questions and no doubts.
Requirements
An ability to understand business objectives and the detail of the metrics underpinning these .Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify trending within multiple data reports .Ability to translate analysis to commercial values .Data base understanding at a high level.Experience with systems - willingness to pick up skills to create queries/reports/statistics.Familiarity with common Windows applications (MS-Office).Fast, self-directive learner with good initiative.Good communication and team work skills.For further information forward CV's to corkjobs@richmond.ie and/or phone Karen on 021 450 0355 for a confidential discussion.
