STORE MANAGER - DUBLIN - €32,000
In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced Store Manager for a permanent role based in DUBLIN.
The Client:
Our client is Ireland's leading Home Entertainment Company. The company operates from a base of over 200 stores and has a workforce of almost 1,600 employees in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. In the last 5 years the company has expanded its real estate portfolio by opening or relocating over 150 retail outlets. This significant expansion is continuing and it has enabled the provision of a one stop shop for home entertainment. While the company operates in the home entertainment sector its activities are quite diverse.
Key responsibilities for the deputy manager will include:
• Excellent store presentation
• Management of sales, business objectives and achievement of company KPI's
• Adherence to company Security Procedures
• Stock control and administration
• Team development
• Providing excellent customer service
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager for one of Irelands best known Electronics Retailers. The Ideal candidate will be currently managing a team of at least 10 staff with an emphasis on staff development and training while also focusing on Sales and Targets.
