Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition manager, your key responsibilities will include:
· Supporting the Talent Acquisition manager in the design and implementation of effective external and internal recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
· Partnering with Talent Acquisition peer on common TA activities and support other sites as required.
· Acting as Account Manager for TA activities at assigned site(s)
· Developing job advertisements to attract suitable candidates for open vacancies.
· Identification & execution of appropriate advertising medium to source & attract suitable candidates, in addition to fully utilising all internal resources.
· Maintaining recruitment system on a daily basis so as to ensure that both job & candidate information is kept up-to-date.
· Responsibility for receiving, screening and acknowledging all applications & managing the complete recruitment process to close out.
· Leading & managing the interview process with stakeholders including post interview evaluations with hiring managers and/or business HR as appropriate & providing interview feedback to unsuccessful candidates as requested.
· Managing the complete recruitment process to close out including reference checks, medicals & job offers before handing over to site HR.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
· You are likely to have at least 5 years HR / Recruitment experience.
· You will be self-motivated individual who can prioritise & manager your time while working in partnership within a small team.
· Strong interpersonal skills are essential for successful interactions with key internal & external stakeholders.
· Flexibility is key to success, as you may be required, on occasion, to travel to some of the other Company's sites to fulfill the full demands of this role.
Education Requirements:
- A relevant third level qualification
