Job description: Quality Engineer Reporting to the Quality Manager, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Quality Engineering role, preferable in the Healthcare/Medical Device Sector. The Company is inviting applications from self motivated individuals who are capable of working in a regulated environment to FDA, MDD and ISO 13485:2003 & 9001:2000 requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for: · Provide Quality Engineering support to manufacturing, · Management of Process/Product Validations, · CAPA and Continuous Improvements Projects, · Supporting the introduction of new product lines through development of Product Inspection Plans, Process FMEAs and Risk Management Plans. · Data Analysis, Trending, and Statistical Process control, · Risk Assessment, Root Cause Analysis and the Implementation of Corrective Actions. A Degree in Quality Assurance is desired for this position. Formal Training or a Qualification in Six Sigma would be a distinct advantage.
