Job description:

I am currently looking for 3 German Recruiters for a permanent role in Dublin City Centre.

Do you have a degree in HR and more than 6 months experience working in recruitment then I might have the perfect job opportunity for you.

Salary: depends on experience: 28l-38k plus benefits
Duration:permanet

Overall Responsibilities
- To provide recruitment support for local and international multilingual requirements.

Specific Responsibilities
•Advertising vacancies via the internet, newspapers and relevant representative bodies
•Adopting innovative problem solving/creative thinking techniques while sourcing and interviewing candidates
•Successfully deliver requirements in a timely manner
•Database administration and management
•Learning to understand the requirements of , candidates and colleagues, and prioritizing tasks accordingly
•An ability to proactively network with people through phone and face to face relationship building.
•Create and maintain social media networks both in Ireland and internationally
•Using new initiatives to source and screen candidates for jobs abroad
•Development of technical and language skill sets to understand our business, and increase awareness on recruitment strategies

What Skills are required to be a Recruitment Consultant?

•Third Level Degree
•min 6 months Experience in recruitment (Inhouse or Agency)
•Highly motivated to work in a fast paced environment
•Ability to use initiative in idea generation and advertising
•Proven demonstration of social networking skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication
•Effective time management skills
