Job description: Passionate and Experienced Software Test Engineer required for Leading IT company

Responsibilities

This role has worldwide focus and will involve assisting in management of global client labs.
You will be responsible for running automation and tools to test these features end to end.
You will own configuring and managing lab machines, maintaining tools and processes for an automated environment so that functional testing, stress, performance and scalability testing can be performed.
The position will include key tasks such as writing detailed, actionable and objective bug reports and driving functionality, stress and performance related issues to resolution.
The role will comprise approximately 70% lab administration, and 30% testing.

Essential Requirements

Knowledge of and experience with Internet communication protocols and transports (TCP, UDP), knowledge of NATs, IP networking, IP security, routing and firewalls.
Experience in enterprise networking technologies (DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Active Directory, WINS)
Experience in NT shell scripting, VB Scripts
Lab & network or configuration experience
