Job description:  

Technical Support Engineer - Fluent Spanish

My client a leading multinational company based in Cork is seeking an experience Technical Support Engineer with up to 4 years experience in technical support. The ideal candidate must have a Degree or Diploma in IT or equivalent experience.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer satisfaction b delivering high quality customer support for Company products.
• Assume ownership from start to finished for every assigned issue
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, positive attitude.
• Interact with Technical Engineers to ensure all problems are solved.
• Utilise standard tools, procedures, resources and lab research to resolve customer technical problems
• Mentor Associate customer support engineer and other team members on own product specialisations.
• Participate in 24x7 ?On Call? service when required.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in IT or equivalent experience.
• Fluent Spanish
• Experience in TCP/IP networks and subnets, basic network hardware
• Operating systems networking fundamentals
• In Depth of Windows Server 2000/2003
• Basic knowledge of systems hardware, basic knowledge of scripts and scripting.
