German Financial Customer Services Mgr

Company: Our client is a major Financial Company conglomerate with operations across the globe. They have grown their business to over $ 25bn and close to 35000 staff on 5 continents. They have recently centralized their European Finance, HR and IT operations in a Shared Service Centre in Dublin and are now hiring a German Customer service manager to supervise a new German team.

Role: As a Team leader you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service agents where you are responsible for meeting customer service targets, service levels and operational targets in order to ensure the effectiveness of the operation. You will also manage the service delivery from the different teams making sure that distributors and customer needs are covered.

Skills: The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years experience with proven track record with user support and team management in a service centre environment. He/She will speak native level German and fluent English. Ideally, He/She will also have a previous knowledge of the finance market. Candidates with solid operations, process analysis, staff planning and budgeting are preferred.
