Job description:

Our client, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, currently has a vacancy for a Microbiology Lab. Manager. This is an exciting and challenging role and a very attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.

Applications are invited from candidates who meet the following criteria:  

• Degree in Microbiology or related Discipline.
• Experience with Ethylene Oxide or other sterilisation facility is desirable.
• Experience in ISO13485 quality system environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Proven record of scheduling and demonstrated organisational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
• A demonstrated flexible and innovative approach to work.
