Leading FMCG Company currently have an opportunity for an experienced Engineering Lead to join SAP Implementation Programme in Dublin. The successful candidate will have the following duties & responsibilities
Responsibilities
· Responsible for the development of standardised best practice business processes
· Responsible for delivering the Engineering Solution design and realisation for assigned process area in conjunction with the overall Workstream Lead
· Ensure that the solution matches the business process requirements across the Group
· Plan and manage the process design, realisation, pilot preparation and the preparation of all required documentation in conjunction with the implementation partner
· Facilitate cross-Regional decision making on process and system(SAP) design and realisation
· Conduct design workshops
· Work closely with the technical team in the design and development of reports, forms, interfaces, and conversions.
· Support any relevant Business Readiness activities
The successful candidate will be someone who has demonstrated experience in a similar role working ideally in an FMCG Engineering discipline with strong project management experience and strong SAP and people management experience.
