Role: As a member of their Global Support team you will work on a dedicated project team supporting clients of newly developed business. This is a varied role that will see you support Clients, Sales Managers and build business relations. You will join their English country team supporting related corporate partners.
Skills: To be considered for the role you will need a minimum of 2 years in Client Support or helpdesk role. You will be responsible to manage a portfolio of client on a daily basis maintaining relations with national partners and Sales Managers. A 3rd Lev degree is mandatory as well as good working knowledge in SAP. In addition you will need to be native fluent in English.
