Grocery Trainee Retail Manager- Permanent Contract - Dublin -20-25k
In partnership with one of Ireland's leading grocery retailers, we are currently recruiting Trainee Manager for one of their Dublin stores. Candidates must be highly driven and determined with a passion for grocery industry ,for this fast paced well known retailer.
The Role of Trainee Manager
· To manage and provide support to management in day to day running of a large grocery store.
· To ensure the stores is laid out to exceptional standards.
· They will lead the store team, coaching and motivating colleagues to ensure that superior customer service is delivered.
· Delivery of exemplary standards in, stock control, shrinkage and administration compliance
Requirements of Trainee Manager
· 1-2 years retail management experience.
Experience within Musgraves would be a plus
Must of worked in fast pace environment .
· Must have hands on management style.
· Excellent organisational and customer service skills
· Ambitious, hard working, energetic and reliable
