Customer Service Representatives
As part of our drive to provide our customers with a superior on line gaming experience we are setting up our new global customer operations centre in Dublin.
As such we are recruiting for a number of customer service specialists to provide front line support to our customers in a variety of European countries.

Key Responsibilities
• Understanding our customer's needs and providing excellence in customer service to build long term relationships.
• Communicate with customers using various channels including telephone; email and live chat systems.
• Processing refunds, customer deposits and winning claims
• Educating customers in the use of the websites, systems and betting processes.
• Creating newsletters for customers
• Log and store customer queries
Skills Required
• Fluency both, written and oral, in English
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Good level of numeracy
• Communication skills in particular a confident telephone manner
• Good PC skills

Location: Dublin west
Salary: Competitive - dependent on experience
Minimum experience required: Must have gaming industry experience
