Job description:
A Limerick based multi national company requires a Customer Service Planning Manager for a 12 months contract. Duties: You will be responsible for oversee re-planning on a daily basis in line with events that occur throughout the day at an individual, team and department level. Proactively lead, coach and develop team members. Drive and motivate team members to deliver an excellent customer experience. Set measure and review the key performance indicators for team members through formal and informal feedback mechanisms. Continuously assess own and agents training needs and take responsibility for training/coaching activities to meet these needs. Work closely with managers, team leaders and the Resource Planning team in managing key business metrics. Requirements: You will have 3+ years Customer Service Planning experience in a high volume environment. Experience of leading, motivating and managing a team of specialists is required. Previous experience of effective and proactive resource planning is essential. Proven ability to prioritise work and manage a demanding and varied workload.Salary: €35-45K
