Job description: Our client are one of Irelands leading finance firms with modern offices in Dublin 2. They are looking to recruit a Payroll officer with 2-3 years Payroll experience. Excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and professional organisation.

Responsibilities

• Processing & payment of weekly and monthly payrolls.
• Good knowledge of payroll legislation, PAYE/PRSI rules, payroll processes pensions and other additions and deductions
• Timely resolutions of employee queries.
• Management of timesheets processing
• Ensure that good working relationships are developed and maintained with business partners internally and externally.

Requirements

• 2-3 years minimum Payroll experience
• Ability to work with finance team
• Good communication skills both written and oral, with strong customer focus
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Discreet & flexible
• IPASS Qualification an advantage

Salary

• Salary €30000- €35000
