Key duties:
· To think outside the box visually. Make sure that all lines are positioned to maximise sales and understand the 'hot spots' of the store.
· Coach and develop your team for future progression while implementing individual succession plans to ensure success.
· To create a unique store environment ranging from customer service, product knowledge to housekeeping and store presentation.
To be considered for this role:
· You will have a solid background in managing a high sales turnover retail business.
· You will have strong experience in managing budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating rosters.
· A proven ability to manage the performance and development of a large team
· A demonstrated experience in merchandising for profit
