Surgical Sales Specialist - Munster and midlands
An experienced medical sales professional is required for a leading healthcare company for a role based in the Munster and midlands region.
You will be promoting a range of haemostats and surgical sealing products to hospital clinicians within this region
Within this position you will be responsible for:
· Developing relationship with key opinion leaders and product champions through effective communication, relationship building and partnership.
· Building and developing professional customer relationships in support of objectives.
· Consistently developing own knowledge and skills in line with business, product, organisational, market and customer requirements, keeping self fully up to date with all relevant publications.
· Managing appropriate commercial & contractual agreements, maintaining service, pricing and commitment with customers.
· Maintaining presence in all existing and target customers attending regular meetings.
Good verbal and formal communication skills, critical reasoning skills and the ability to sell and negotiate effectively are essential requirements as is a strong Customer Focus.
Ideally, you will be and experienced medical sales rep and hold a Life Science Degree/Nursing Degree or equivalent.
You will also have:
· A minimum of 3 years sales experience within a theatre/hospital environment
· Experience in BioSurgery / Haemostats.
· A strong working knowledge of the HSE and Hospital Theatres – this is critical.
· Mature and systematic approach to work, and ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.
