In this start up environment you will look for the most appropriate use of technologies and prototype solutions to support the business objectives while also helping the business to understand how technical strategy and standards should be applied. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has an innovative flair and is excited about technology and thinking outside the box.
Ideal candidates will be efficient in both coding and systems design. A strong technical background comprising of Java programming skills as well as in depth knowledge of Microsoft application platforms and web technologies is desired. My clients are eager to speak to candidates from all technical backgrounds and experience levels, such technologies include;.NET, C#, , HTML, XML, CSS, Spring, Hibernate.
I am also keen to speak with candidates who have previous experience in a lead role. This is a fast paced environment and ideal candidates would be confident in this position and environment. As a result individuals with good people skills, leadership qualities and creativity are desired. You will be exposed to leading edge technologies and be involved in various new and exciting projects.
