Job description:  

Telesales Team Leader needed in Kilkenny

Good Sales person with management skills required to work in an exiting and challenging sales environment

Main responsibilities:

- Monitor the team's activity
- Motivate the sales rep
- Find incentives to increase sales performance
- Promoting the company services.
- Updating customer information to ensure accuracy of contact information.
- Meeting daily call activity and sales targets.

Skills Required:

- Ability to work to targets.
- Leadership skills
- Coaching and training skills essential
- Good computer skills essential.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management is an advantage.
- Enthusiastic team player
