 Responsibilities

- Cover Reception Desk in our Grafton Street office

- Advertising- approve creative concepts and liaising with the company ad agency to place adverts

- Client communications- eshots, flyers and support for brochures and publications

- Internal communications e.g. preparation of starter packs

- Reporting- preparation of ROI reports on web, print ads and all campaigns and preparation of Key Performance Information reports weekly

- Managing the CV database and preparing source reports

- Ensuring company brand guidelines are reflected in all communications

- Ad-hoc and on-going general support on specific projects as they arise within the business - e.g. central coordination for new office openings

- Booking flights & accommodation for employees

- Administration of our on-line training website

Essential Requirements

- Excellent Microsoft office skills

- Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Adobe Acrobat is an advantage

- Possess the necessary organisational, presentation, analytical and strategic skills to perform in this role

- Ability to multitask and prioritise is paramount as this position will involve working for several parties on several projects at any one time

- Be self-motivated, creative and enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- 1-2 years experience in an office administration/reception role.
