Inside Telesales Account Management - IT Solution Sales
The worlds largest and most successful IT company is currently expanding and in doing so they require dedicated IT Sales professionals to join their dynamic sales department. This position is based in Dublin 18 (on the Luas line. 25 Mins from the city centre)
The purpose of this role is to tele-account manage Microsoft's customers to develop sales opportunities and revenue for Microsoft and its partners whilst increasing customer satisfaction. This is driven through the following key activities:
- Development of quality sales opportunities through the execution of GTMs, campaigns & activities
- Relationship building
- Responding to customer queries & complaints
- Opportunity tracking & management
- Managing data quality of Accounts & Contacts
- Continuous improvement
In doing this, you mission will be to provide an unequalled engagement experience for customers that build relationships, foster loyalty and drives revenue opportunity.
Experience
o 2-3 years sales or telesales experience preferably in the IT industry.
o Strong sales focus and proven track record of working with business partners or customers to deliver results.
o Leaving certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in the local language, both written and oral.
