Our client a world leader in beauty products are looking for an a Retail Business Manager to look over the management and consultant team.
As RBM you will be responsible for key strategic accounts around the country and then managing its potential and growth.
Purpose of your new role To develop and manage the business, maximising retail sales objectives and managing consultants within accounts.
Your key job accountabilities Sales Objectives
- Ensuring sales are maximised through effective analysis of sales data, monitoring of activity, observation of and response to trends, setting of priorities and evaluation of business initiatives.
- Monitor and ensure achievement of consultant retail targets
- Follow through on all promotional activity to ensure sales are maximised, stocks are at appropriate levels and standards maintained.
- Maintain awareness of and report on competitor and industry activities.
- Collate information for monthly sales report and key store information.
- Lead regular key account strategy meetings agreeing key priorities for the account going forward.
Consultant Management
- Ensure good quality recruitment and conduct screening interviews within recruitment guidelines for Team Member vacancies
- Ensure on-going motivation, assessment and general training for selected stores.
- Organisation and implementation of special incentives and competitions

Essential skills required · 2 years experience in FMCG or related industry / Account manager of a large store (c. 10 staff +). · Excellent written and spoken communication skills · Analytical, problem solver · Self-starter
