Job description: At Richmond Recruitment oour client is recruiting for a Technical Support Reprsentative Level 2.Responsibilities;-Provide outstanding customer service while answering complex customer questions or problems, over the telephone or email, in the areas of system configuration, setup and functionality for our award-winning network management, configuration management and network engineering products.-Very strong skills are required in IP inter-networking, Microsoft operating systems, SQL database operation and network management utilities.-Responsible for escalating support issues to the appropriate experts within the company, owning supportissues until resolution and acting as primary support liaison between company and customer.-Provides work leadership to less experienced Technical Technical Customer Support Center Specialists.-Exceptional oral and written communication and customer interaction skills are critical for this position.Required Skills and Experience:-4-9 years technical experience in network engineering-Fundamental understanding of current versions of Microsoft OS & MS SQL.-Experience with TCP/IP based networks, SNMP, ICMP, and all standard Office applications.-Knowledge of network hardware configurations for Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and Concentrators.-Must have strong reasoning and technical troubleshooting skillsPlease contact Eddie in regards to this role on 0214 500355 for confidential conversation or email cv tocorkjobs@richmond.ie.
