Job description:
The role is based in Dublin, 30 min from City Center .We offer temporals until the 31/12/2012 with excellent salary + benefits . 38 hours per week, normal working hours (Monday to Friday) , free canteen and great work experienceKey Task:

- Incident Management
- Support for Service Request and Problem Management
- CSS Ticket logging
- Quality call handing
- SLA Adherence
- 1st level Incident resolution
- Service request resolution
- Flagging potential Problems
- Follow-up unresolved incidents
- Provide workaround
- Effective dispatching

Requirements:

- Native English spekaer 
- Previous IT work experience
- Teamwork & Collaboration

- Communication
