Our client are currently looking to recruit an Investigator Contracts Associate to be based in Warsaw, Poland
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
You will support the Investigator Contracts Group by reviewing and negotiating Investigator Contracts and related documents, ensuring timely completion and submission to company personnel, Investigators and Sponsors.
In addition, your main responsibilities will include:
·Maintain communication with Investigative sites, sponsors and company staff regarding contracts and related documents.
·Prepare and/or oversee preparation of contractual documents and correspondence and facilitate the indemnification process between sponsor and site, providing status reports on the progress of the Agreements.
·Liaise with external and internal customers/vendors on contract language/budget development and negotiations, special site requests outside of established parameters and all other information toward the execution of contract related documents for a given study
·Utilise and update departmental, study specific and sponsor required systems, regarding Investigator Contracts and related document status.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
You will possess a business or life science degree with previous experience as CRA negotiating contracts for sites. You should have an understanding of all aspects of CRO operations and possess strong negotiation skills with the ability to follow written and oral instruction from a variety of sources and complete tasks independently.
