Job description:  At Oak Recruitment our client is looking to recruit an Implementation Lead Manager.

Project Management
Keep project plans up to date for the site(s) being implemented
Confirm project timeframes with Project Manager & Site Management
Highlight any deviations to plan & resolve them with the Project Manager

Project Tasks
Perform required data analysis work for the project
Document business processes/ procedures
Communicate with business / 3^rd party stakeholders during implementations
Manage change to business/ user interfaces during implementations
Report on project progress/ performance on a regular basis
Identification & escalation of issues/ risks arising through the project
Suggest and promote ideas/ solutions
Liaise with IT development team & training teams during implementations
Co-ordination and management of activities across the project plan
Attendance at project meetings when required

Experience:
Part/ Fully Qualified Accountant or Experience of projects within a SSC evvironment
Experience of full project life cycle
Knowledge of finance processes

Takes responsibility & leads by example
Ability to work towards deadlines
Ability to work in multifunctional team

Able to generate and evaluate options
Excellent MS Office skills
Excellent analytical skills

Other
Travel within Ireland and to the UK of approximately 50% is expected
