Job description:

Our client currently has a vacancy within there Transfer Agency department. With previous experience in a funds/or similar environment you will have excellent managerial and customer service skills.

Role Responsibilities:

• Processing complex information/data so as to meet customer requirements
• Ensure follow-up on all outstanding queries
• Provide day-to-day management of the team
• Manage and Monitor workflow
• Perform appraisal reviews with team
• Prepare management information
