Job description: Our client is a unique outsource contact centre service provider based in Central Mayo.

They have vacancies for experienced Team Leads, who will be responsible for motivating their team to achieve the required performance standards and be the primary day to day point of contact for our Clients. They will also review work practices, highlighting areas of improvement.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in a team lead or managerial role in a sales environment is essential Ability to motivate, coach and direct a team to meet/exceed targets Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in the English
language both written and verbal Problem solving skills and the ability to "think outside the box" Ability to manage change. A passion for Customer Service. Experience in office applications required.
