SENIOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - CLIENT SERVICES - ADVERTISING - D. 2

 

Our client a leading and well established advertising firm are looking to recruit and experienced office administrator to join their busy team.

 

This is a very demanding role requiring energy and superb organisational skills.  Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.  Ability to work to deadlines is a must.

 

The Main Duties & Responsibilities include the following:

• Secretarial work including typing, telephone queries, filing
• Preparation of presentation documents as required
• Ability to deal with clients
• Invoicing, budget management and invoice queries
• Manage traffic of work through projects as required
• Act as support to staff that are often away from the office

 

You will be required to have a min. of 5 years experience in administration be PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (excellence in PowerPoint required). You will have strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication and organisational skills  You will take Pride in the quality and presentation of work – attention to detail be self motivated/shows initiative
