My client in conjunction with the CPL Group a leading pharmaceutical company based in Dublin West is looking to recruit for a Analytical Technologist.
Main duties:
- Analysis of materials as assigned by the Senior Chemist. This may include testing of any of the following materials: Raw Materials, In Process intermediate samples, stability samples, reference standards, cleaning and microbiological samples if deemed appropriate.
- Must plan his or her work to ensure completed in a timely manner.
- Analysis is performed according to approved analytical SOPS and as per relevant specification.
- Results are complied and submitted to the Senior Chemist in a timely manner and it is important that attention is paid to the detail of the SOP and documentation.
- Laboratory practises must promote accuracy and precision in daily laboratory routines.
- Lab equipment must be calibrated in accordance and precision in daily lab routines.
- Ordering of consumables as required.
Education & Experience:
- Degree (Analytical Chemistry or similar)
- A Strong working knowledge of HPLC, GC, IR, UV, Method Development and Method Validation.
