CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER 2 (RPN)
NORTH DUBLIN
The Role:
Kate Cowhig International Recruitment in partnership with its client are seeking a CNM2 of an acute unit for this Hospital, a 204 bedded private facility employing over 270 staff and located in North Dublin. Now over 180 years old the Hospital is continuing to grow and advance and has earned itself a reputation of being Ireland's leading specialist old age Psychiatric and Alzheimer's facilities providing the highest standard of care in a unique setting.
The appointed person will be responsible for the overall management of a 10 bedded Acute Admission Psychiatric Unit. Responsibility will include the efficient management of resources, the rostering and deployment of nursing staff, the assignment of work, monitoring the quality of staffs' performance, ensuring correct bed management and collaborating with the practice development team in developing policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
· Must be registered on the Psychiatric Division of An Bord Altranais.
· Must have a minimum of 3 years post registration experience at management level.
· Completion of a management course or other relevant post registration course is desirable.
