To be the successful applicant, you will be an experienced, energetic, outgoing and highly motivated Registered Nurse. You will have experience of interviewing, recruitment and selection (either as a nurse manager or as a recruiter), an eye for detail and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You must be competent and fast in the use of IT, email, social media and databases. You will be highly flexible, committed to delivering results and meeting tight timescales. You will be a confident traveller and must be able and available to travel throughout the UK, Ireland and internationally regularly and sometimes at short notice. You must have a valid EU passport. Ideally, you will have some overseas nursing experience but this is not essential.
