My Client, a market-leader in it's field, is currently seeking applications for an Senior SAP Business Analyst to lead its SAP ERP Supply Chain team.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

· Maximising the exploitation and benefits to be realised from the SAP R/3 Platform in the area of Supply Chain.

· Management and development of the SAP Supply Team, including team and personal development, work planning and oversight, and working with the Business Solutions Manager to achieve project recovery targets for the team.

· Key Design Role in all relevant SAP projects and initiatives.

· Lead Analyst role in SAP Roll-outs and mini-projects.

· Work with Business Unit management teams and Business Solution Manager to identify, design and deliver value-added systems initiatives to drive business value.

· SAP Solution expert in emerging functionalities and opportunities in the Supply Chain area.

· Work with the Business Intelligence team to identify opportunities for driving Business Performance Management.

Requirements for this Role:

Ø Proven track record in managing a team of SAP Business Analysts / SAP Consultants, and in SAP ERP solution design.

Ø Experience as a Lead Implementation Consultant in at least three full-cycle SAP roll-outs.

Ø 10 years relevant IT experience, with at least 4 in a senior (team lead) role.

Ø Relevant experience within a major consulting organisation would be an advantage.

Ø SAP-Certified Consultant in relevant Supply Chain module(s) ( SD, SM, WM, MM, LE )

Ø An appropriate Business / IT qualification to Degree Level.

Ø Experience in addressing key business issues with IT solutions, preferably within the FMCG sector.

Ø Commercially focused, high levels of enthusiasm and energy.

Ø Flexibility to undertake international travel where required.
