Job description: Our client a specialist contractor currently have a vacancy for a Civils Estimator/Proposals manager required for Waterford.
Key duties:
Recevie and process enquiries from prospective clients
Project evaluation, specification review and estimating
Pricing Tender documents
Preparation and submission of tender proposals
Tender follow up and attendance at pre award meetings together with sales team during negotiating and finalizing the contract award.
Background:
The candidate would have at least 3-4 years experience in the construction or civil engineering industry, either in a sales, estimating or proposals role. Previous estimating/qs/commercial experience in the main contracting environment would provide a solid background.
