Job description: Customer Service Support Specialists

One of the Top 50 Employers in Ireland is now recruiting for individuals to work in our customer support centre in the beautiful Carrick-on-Shannon, county Leitrim. This is a great opportunity for you to advance in your customer service career.

As a World Leader in the Credit Cards industry, we want customer focused people for our team. Full training will be provided - you will deal with incoming phone calls from customers enquiring about balances, payments, lost/ stolen cards, address changes, interest rates, and you will inform them of company benefits and products.

Your role will be to keep the customer satisfied, essentially providing solutions to any problems or queries they may have with their accounts. It is a challenging role for ambitious and motivated individuals with customer service experience who want to advance in their career with a world leader in the Financial Services industry.
