Our client is currently seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Executive to join their team. You will have previous experience within the Personal Lines Insurance sector- ideally selling Home Insurance products. Candidates working towards CIP or willing to obtain the qualification are of preference.
Duties & Responsibilities
* To identify customer requirements and match suitable products to their needs.
* To convert all sales opportunities
* To provide a superior service at all times
* To set up insurance policies on the system and ensure all premium payments are properly administered
* To adhere to all company and industry legislation around the sale of home insurance products
Skills required
* Minimum 6 months personal insurance experience
* The ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
* Ability to plan and prioritise work loads with a high level of attention to detail
* A strong telephone manner
Salary plus commission
